If no harm was done, I'm sure they'll be able to work it out. I've been with DreamHost since 2006 and haven't have a single client's website be taken down without warning - but again, all my clients are valid small business owners. They don't even notify me, just shut down the site. I had no way of reaching anyone, only could send emails, and waited 12 hours to just get a reply.
