To be frustrated because it has been two weeks is not having realistic expectations. If you have submitted your site, relax, and just forget about it for a month. Don't even check. This part of the process takes patience. Focus on adding quality content and trust that Google and Bing will eventually come and visit. You can always add a sitemap plugin to make sure that once they do come, all of your pages are easily found.
